November - gift ideas for the festive season...

We are very lucky because it's a common sight in parts of Somerset at this time of year, especially around the wetlands and Somerset Levels.  
It's such a peaceful and magical sight to behold, that I wanted to share it with you.

Now that November is here, the Christmas shopping season has well and truly arrived.
To make things easier, I have gathered my gift collection for this year to showcase here and help spark some ideas for the perfect gifts for those you love...

​For organised nature lovers, I have a choice of two calendars this year.
First is my 2022 A4 wall calendar.  I've produced these every year for the past few years, they feature a wildlife themed illustration as a full page print at the top and a full page for  monthly dates below.  Each year £1 from the sale of these calendars is donated to my local wildlife rescue charity Secret World Wildlife Rescue
The other calendar is a perpetual Birth Flowers calendar, ideal for keeping track of birthdays and anniversaries.  With a month per page, each page features the birth flower for that month, with the meaning of that flower.

On the theme of Birth Flowers (which is my new collection for 2021)
There are wall art prints available with a flower for every month along with the meaning of the flower.  These make great gifts, not just for Christmas, but also for birthdays - which at a time of year when birthdays seem to get sidelined for Christmas, I believe makes life a little easier.

For garden lovers, there are sets of notecards featuring lots of gardening icons, to help grow flowers, fruit, vegetables and herbs.  Blank inside, they make very pretty everyday occasion cards, or at 5x7" in size, they can easily be popped in frames for a mini art collection.

Throughout November, I am joining in the Etsy site wide sale
